FEBRUARY 3, 2008 -- "THE BIG RIP-OFF"
You probably heard about it...on February 3, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, in a "guarded" parking lot,
Thieves broke into the Queen overnight and stole an estimated
$200,000.00 + of equipment, including transmitters, encoders,
receivers, switching equipment, and even the control head for our
production switcher! (they left the rest of it in the rack???) Anyway,
after the shock and confusion, we turned the Queen over to the
unbelieveable talents at WOLF COACH, now
located in Ayer, Massacheusetts, for a complete overhaul. The end
result is nothing short of amazing, and a real testimonial to the skill
and craftmanship Wolf brings to every project they undertake. They
literally took a wounded old bird and make her a proud eagle once
again. From the brand new HDTV upgrade to the cool Wolf logo rug on the
floor, The Queen is back on the road and adding to an already proud
reputation. Our thanks and best wishes to all at Wolf, especially
Tom Jennings, Adam Mitchell, and Pete Deary, for their concern and
friendship during a very trying period in our history. We won't let you
down.
